A Cake Catastrophe

Today is part two of my interview with Michel. She was such a joy to chat with and I know you’re going to get a kick out of her story today. Near the end of last week’s episode, Michel shared that she has celiac disease, and briefly touched on her experience booking a caterer that could accommodate her dietary restrictions. Well, today we’re chatting about her cake and the semi-disastrous experience that almost turned catastrophic as soon as she took a bite during the cake cutting. Luckily, everything was ok, but because of her experience, she does have some very tangible advice for all couples in their search for a cake vendor. In this episode she also shares why the middle part of planning was the hardest for her, and the one thing she recommends all couples plan into their wedding timeline.
