Including Your Parents In Wedding Planning

Today I’m chatting with Michel, and this is another interview that was so full of great stories and advice that I had to split it into two parts. In part one today, Michel chats about the logistics of planning a Texas wedding from California and the unexpected downside of having a guest count that included many of her parent’s friends she’d never met before. We’ve all heard that more people may mean more gifts, but there can be some downsides, too. I’ll give you a little hint, have you ever had an awkward conversation with someone you’ve just met for the first time, but they know you? Well, imagine having those conversations over and over again on your wedding day. Luckily, she’s got some great tips for couples that could find themselves in a similar situation.
